Nothing ensures a better first impression than having a spotlessly clean outdoor space, that’s why LMC UK Limited offer a site cleansing service to ensure public spaces, and all exterior areas are kept looking pristine all year round. We hold a full waste carrier licence which is renewed every three years, which allows us to attend to and removal a variety of waste from site.
We provide a variety of site cleansing services that include:
- Fly-tipping clearance – we can attend site and remove items that are causing an obstruction as they have been illegally dumped.
- Bin store clearance – we can attend site and remove items that have been dumped in bin stores causing an obstruction for the local authority refuse collectors or an obstruction for the residents.
- Jet washing – we have a 1100 litre diesel powered jet wash bowser. This is towed behind our company vehicle and has a 30m hose to reach a variety of areas requiring cleaning.
- Litter picking – This forms part of our general maintenance specification but we do offer one off litter picks of sites where required.
- Gutter clearance – We offer a gutter cleaning service where we access the gutter via a MEWP (mobile elevated work platform). This allows us to visually see that all the gutter is clear of debris and any obstructions.
- Scrap metal / white goods collection – As part of our waste carrier licence, we can remove any scrap metal or white goods that have been abandoned on site.
Interior Block Cleaning
LMC UK Limited offer an interior block cleaning service for all communal areas. Why only have your exterior grounds looking pristine, when you can also have the communal block internals to match. We can offer a variety of cleaning services using professional equipment. Our teams are fully trained and experienced in all aspects of commercial block cleaning with numerous years’ experience.
- Machinery and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are regularly maintained to the highest standards. We are constantly updating our machinery and PPE to have the most current equipment possible. This allows us to work more effectively on site.
- Regular audits are made of staff, PPE, machinery, and LMC vehicles allowing us to identify any defects and replace where required.
- We maintain a safe working environment and we comply fully with the provisions of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.
